WOOD VIOLINS CLEVELAND WARRANTY PROGRAM

Effective January 1, 2026 — Applies to all instruments with a ship date of January 1, 2026 or later

The Wood Violins Limited Warranty applies to all eligible instruments purchased either directly from Wood Violins or through our authorized dealer network. Warranty coverage is provided by Wood Violins and remains consistent regardless of the point of purchase.

Customers may choose to work directly with Wood Violins or, if preferred, coordinate service through the authorized dealer from which the instrument was purchased. Authorized dealers may assist in facilitating communication and service requests; however, all warranty determinations and approvals are made solely by Wood Violins.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to Wood Violins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Wood Violins will cover return shipping only for approved warranty repairs.

  • Coverage of reasonable replacement costs for defective pickup components, at Wood Violins’ discretion
  • Direct coordination and handling of service to minimize downtime for the player

This extended support reflects our confidence in the performance and reliability of the Fortevio system.
