Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What are your production times?

For In-Stock instruments such as Viper Classics, those instruments ship within 14 days following final luthier setup and inspection. For PRO and Custom Shop instruments the lead times are the following:

  • PRO Vipers: 16–24 weeks
  • Custom Shop: 6–12 months

Each PRO and Custom Shop instrument is built to order. You’ll receive updates throughout the process.

What’s the difference between fretted, phantom frets, and fretless?

  • Fretted: Physical frets for precise intonation and chordal playing
  • Phantom Frets: Visual guides only—plays like a fretless violin
  • Fretless: Traditional smooth fingerboard

Do you offer student discounts?

Do your products come with a warranty?

How do I hold a Viper?

The Viper is self-supporting and does not require a chin rest or shoulder rest. It rests comfortably against your body, allowing full freedom of movement.

How much do Vipers weigh?

Vipers are lightweight, and weight is less of a factor due to the self-supporting design.
