Based on our popular custom Stingray model, the Stingray
SV-4 and SV-5 are a 4-string and 5-string fretless electric violin kit,
complete with bow, case, and rosin. They come in two outstanding colors
– metallic red and metallic black (click on either image to the
right to enlarge) - and they sound just as fabulous as they look! These
are the first non-custom production instruments we have ever offered
and Mark has been diligently working with the folks at the factory to
ensure that his quality standards are being met.
The newly re-designed and streamlined Stingray SV-4 and the brand-new Stingray SV-5 feature feather-light instruments combined with the powerful new Wood bridge piezo pickup, based on the one Mark Wood used on his debut electric violin album, Voodoo Violince.
